Frank Kinlan has offered the following advice on downloading the route to a Garmin:
- rename to a .TCX suffix for Garmin TrainingCentre to recognise it as a course
- it's easier to follow the link to MapMyRide and download it straight
into the GPS from the MapMyRide / Route menu
- Garmin 305 requires Garmin Communicator

The official route sheet for this audax ride.
It should reproduce accurately on most A4 inkjet & laser printers.
Try right-click for options to save the document on your computer.
A PDF reader, e.g. Adobe Acrobat, is required to view.
Your web browser will probably do this automatically but you can download

Distances
Route sheet distances are as recorded on my Shimano FlightDeck
using the default setting for 700x23 tyres.
Someone with route mapping software at AUK has determined that it's
possible to get round in 140km,
although that would not be in the spirit of the event.
Accordingly, the event officially falls in the 100km rather than 150km
category.
